What Data Will Be Deleted?

In full compliance with Google Play User Data Policies and Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1, requesting account deletion will permanently erase:

• Guest User Identifier (UID): The anonymous device key associated with your app instance.
• Authentication & Refresh Tokens: Any temporary session tokens used for server handshakes.
• Saved Preferences: Preferred protocol selection, kill-switch state, and localized app configurations.
• Support History: Any prior email support communications associated with your email address.

What Data Is Retained?

Because Malaysia VPN maintains a strict Zero-Logs Policy, we never stored any browsing history, IP destinations, or DNS records in the first place. Financial transactions completed via Google Play or Apple App Store are maintained by Google/Apple according to their statutory tax and financial retention laws.

You can also perform instantaneous local data purging directly from the mobile app:

Open Malaysia VPN App → Settings (Gear Icon) → Account & Security → Delete My Account / Clear Data

If you uninstalled the application or prefer web-based deletion, please submit your identifier or registered email below:
