1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Malaysia VPN application (Package: net.qavixor.malaysiavpn.app) or website (https://malaysiavpn.qavixor.net), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the service immediately.

2. Description of Service

Malaysia VPN provides secure, virtual private network (VPN) encrypted proxy transmission tunnels across supported protocols (WireGuard, OpenVPN, V2Ray VMess/VLESS, and IKEv2). We strive to maintain continuous service availability (99.99% uptime target); however, service may occasionally be subject to maintenance, updates, or ISP network disruptions beyond our direct control.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree to use Malaysia VPN solely for lawful purposes. You must NOT use our network to:

  • Engage in illegal activities, unauthorized computer hacking, vulnerability scanning, or distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks.
  • Distribute malicious software, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or spyware.
  • Transmit unauthorized spam, phishing communications, or unsolicited mass messaging.
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights, copyrights, patents, or trademarks of third parties.
  • Distribute or access child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any illicit content prohibited by international law.

4. Subscriptions & Billing Terms

Malaysia VPN offers both free tier access and optional premium subscriptions:

  • In-App Purchases: Premium subscriptions are billed and processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store according to their standard billing cycles.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the current billing cycle.
  • Cancellation & Refunds: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Google Play Account or Apple ID Subscriptions menu. Refund requests are subject to the applicable platform refund policies.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we provide high-speed 10 Gbps servers and military-grade encryption, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or 100% latency-free performance under all regional network conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qavixor Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to use the service.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service periodically. Material updates will be reflected with an updated timestamp on this page.
